SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY
We have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter or who near our construction sites. Our safety motto is: “Every worker goes home from each of our jobs, every day.”
We are dedicated to elevating the standards for safety in the construction industry through a wide variety of methods, from zero-tolerance drug testing to our aggressive fall-protection program, which includes partnering with leaders in the insurance industry to develop the next generation of fall-protection systems. Through innovative training and education programs, we also provide our employees and subcontractors with the tools, knowledge and resources they need to increase safety, reduce risk and improve loss control on every project we manage.
We believe there is no success with our projects if there are any incidents involving the safety of our employees or our sub-contractors. We have a comprehensive program that is used to govern all the projects we undertake. We also sit with our clients to go through our safety program to tailor it to each and every concern that they may have. We place a heavy emphasis on record keeping and communication because we believe that awareness is half the battle. Our safety committee meets bi-weekly and has a feature every week in our team meetings where we present our strides and ideas on improving workplace hazards and communication.
QUALITY CONTROL POLICY
At Blue Bay Construction we work with capable architecture and engineering firms that are at the forefront of our quality control program. They work with us to make sure that our vendors provide the highest quality materials, our capable sub-contractors are fully licensed and fully aware of installing procedures to make sure that we are constructing long lasting spaces for our clientele. These firms work with us on our material research and help us provide our clients the best material alternatives. Our goal is to make sure that that our clients are more than satisfied with their choices and with our work. We believe that there is no substitution for quality work.
