Omri Shafran [Chief Executive Officer]

Omri Shafran is an accomplished real estate and construction professional with a sound command of the sales and marketing disciplines that have allowed him to craft a solid career path. In this role Mr. Shafran regularly interfaces with key decision-makers throughout the industry, spreading the Blue Bay Construction brand while feeding viable business opportunities into the company pipeline.

Tamir Poleg [Business Development Partner]

Tamir holds a BA in Economics from the College of
Management in Tel Aviv and a graduate course in entrepreneurship and real estate management at Tel Aviv University. During his many years of activity in the acquisition and management of real estate, Tamir has gained extensive experience and knowledge of the U.S. real estate market, especially with regards to large-scale transactions, including: Opportunity Tracking, Bank Relations, Investor Relations, Funding and Financing, Planning, Marketing and Property Operations.

Nadav (Ned) Alatin [Chief Financial Officer]

Ned Alatin is the Chief Financial Officer for Blue Bay Construction. In this role Mr. Alatin crafts the corporate vision for both short and long-term financial goals. Mr. Alatin has a strong background in both real estate and project management; two skill sets that have been invaluable since the organizations inception and will continue to be as Blue Bay Construction evolves into a true market leader. Aside from his duties as a manager, Mr. Alatin is also very much involved in auxiliary functions including marketing, sales and public relations.

Dylan O’hana [Sr. Estimator and Project Manager]

Dylan (Idan) O’hana handles all costs estimation and project management functions for Blue Bay Construction. His background includes Field Engineering for infrastructure projects and ground-up commercial and multi-residential construction, with a specialty in Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) construction. He also handles the company’s operational developments.



Danny DiLieto [Project Manager]

  • Bachelors in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
  • Over 15 years in the construction industry.
  • Experience with new building and renovation in Industrial, medical, governmental, private, churches, high rise and schools.
  • Worked in the field as quality control and superintendent and in the office as an estimator and project manager.

Superintendents:

Dennis Hemme

  • Holds an associates degree from Texas Tech in Lubbock.
  • Over 25 years of experience as superintendent & project manager.
  • Managed multi million dollar construction projects, renovations and from ground up.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of construction and specializes in MEP.
  • Job safety – OSHA training.

David Dahan

  • Over 30 years of experience in construction project management and site supervision.
  • Extensive work on multifamily apartment complexes, site work and general rehabs.
  • Job safety – OSHA training.

Joav Meir

  • Oversees several Blue Bay Project since 2005.
  • 33 years of experience in construction in Project management, Superintendent, Contract Negotiation, and developing and maintaining projects.

Paul Baker

  • Over 20 years of experience in Construction industry.
  • Job safety – OSHA training.
  • N.A.H.B B.A.R Test for C.G.B certified.
  • Multi site plan and project management.
  • Experience in commercial and residential construction, new construction and renovations.
  • Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish.

Office Staff:

Heather Flowers – Accouting and Payroll Manager

  • Holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and an MA in Liberal Arts.
  • Have worked in the construction industry name accounting since 2005.
  • Heather will also be assisting the Chief Financial Officer.

Cristina Morales – Project management assistant

  • Graduated from UH with Bachelors of Architecture and Minor in Construction Management.
  • 3 years experience in construction office management.
  • Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish.

Ama Cobbina – Bid Proposal Manager/Estimator’s Assistant

  • Graduated from the University of Virginia School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Administrative assistantship.
  • Over a year of experience with Oil and Gas: Transportation Logistics with Shell Lubricants in Houston, Texas.
  • Worked in 2 Architectural Offices.

Alexandra Zvereva – Office Administrator

  • Over 5 years of experience in office management.
  • Experience in office accounting and book keeping.
  • HCC – graduate with Associates in Applied Science, with concentration in Finance and general business.
